To observed national mourning day in a befitting manner a ‘Doa and Milad Mahfil’ has been organized by Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority in Dhaka today (15.08.2014) at the BEPZA Executive Office after Asr prayer. BEPZA including EPZs arranged this programme in respect of the 39th martyrdom anniversary of the great Architecture of Independence and the Father of the Nation Bangobondhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family members who embraced martyrdom.
Major General Mohd Habibur Rahman Khan, ndc, psc, Executive Chairman of BEPZA, Sayed Nurul Islam Member (Investment Promotion), Khandakar Akhtaruzzaman Member (Engineering), A.K.M. Mahbubur Rahman Member (Finance), Md. Shawkat Nabi Secretary, General Managers of different departments including high officials and all levels of officers and employees attended the prayer program.
It may be mentioned that, 8 Export Processing Zones operated by BEPZA which are located in different parts of the country i.e. Dhaka, Chittagong, Mongla, Uttara, Karnaphuli, Adamjee, Ishwardi and Comilla EPZs also organized ‘Doa Mahfil’ with observation of the National Mourning Day in a befitting Manner.
